The Woods have made two changes for Round 18 of the Mortgage Choice Hills Football League against Mt Barker at U-Install-It Kitchens Oval.
Coming into the 21 player square are playing coach Ryan Anderson and Mark Reynolds who is set to play his first game in the A Grade in 700 days since the 2017 Grand Final. The match is poised to be a crunch game with the Woods requiring a victory and Echunga not to beat Nairne Bremer by around eight more goals. The match will also be the 50th senior match in the red and the green for Nick Homburg. Joining the club in 2017, Homburg kicked 33 goals (0.67 per match) and been named in the better players on 23 occasions (46.9 percent of matches).
In the B Grade they make four changes with Brad Jones, Daniel Martens, Moe Milsom and Jack Murphy coming into the side. The fourth versus fifth game looks likely to be a pre-match before next weekend’s Elimination Final at Nairne Bremer.
In the Senior Colts, they welcome back three players with Nik Gacic, Zac Venning and Luke Warburton selected to play.
