Jesse Moffa has been named to make his A Grade debut for the Blackwood Football Club this weekend in Round 6 Mortgage Choice Hills Football League against the Lobethal Tigers at U-Install-It Kitchens Oval.

The 21 year-old half backer moved from South Australia to Queensland in 2016 where he played 18 games in the NEAFL for both the Gold Coast Suns and Southport Sharks and 17 games for the Surfers Paradise Demons in the QAFL. Across these matches he has been named in the better players on 12 occasions (34.3 percent). In 2019, he returned to South Australia training with South Adelaide over the pre-season before coming to the Woods last weekend being a late inclusion for the reserves.

In the B Grade, the side has 5 changes from the side which defeated Uraidla Districts by 3 points with Jonathan Grimes, Marcus Linsen, Bryce Semba, Mitch Standley and Martin Thompson being named in the selected 21 whilst Marc Czerwinski plays his first game for the season in the C Grade.

The Senior Colts have made several changes for Round 6 with five Junior Colts (Nik Gacic, Nathan Houston, Sam Matters, Ocsar Milsom and Zac Still) selected to play.
